License invalid
Description
This alert fires when:
- The license is expiring in less than 1 month.
- The license is expired.
- An active license has no feature (nothing in
assesses) - meaning Floocus has stripped it.
It does not fire when capture is stopped because the install is not reporting
usage, because the license could not be fetched, or because the organisation has
passed its BASIC-tier monthly capture ceiling. Those are carried by
oldLicenseStats and by the license status shown in the UI: the license keeps
all its features, only capture stops.
Capture-paused statuses that do not raise this alert
| Status | Meaning | What stops | What keeps working | How it clears |
|---|---|---|---|---|
NO_STATS | This install has stopped reporting usage stats to Floocus. | New capture. | All read paths; everything already captured stays fully searchable. | The install resumes reporting usage. |
UNREACHABLE | The license could not be fetched from Floocus this check cycle. | New capture. | All read paths; everything already captured stays fully searchable. | Floocus becomes reachable again. |
OVER_QUOTA | The organisation has passed its BASIC-tier free monthly capture ceiling. | New capture pauses. | All read paths; everything already captured stays fully searchable. | Resumes automatically at the start of next month, no action needed - or immediately by subscribing to remove the ceiling. |
