Captured data​

Captured data are accessed by selecting one or more Whisperers agents that captures the network.
A Whisperer may be linked to a single Workload (POD, Deployment, Daemonset, Statefulset...), or a set of linked Workloads (many Deployments...).

Selecting a Whisperer gives you access to:

  • Raw network packets (IP level)
  • The assembled TCP communications - decrypted in case of TLS
    • With decoders for HTTP, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka...
  • The parsed communications (HTTP, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka...)
  • and more to come...

Select a Whisperer when you want to see, for real, what is going on

Whisperers may be also attached 'manually' outside Kubernetes, to any container, physical or virtual hosts.
